This top end prestigious restaurant/hotel boutique chain is actively looking to employ a Senior Sales Manager to drive and lead 14 sales managers who are all based in their individual proprieties in central London. This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running, overseeing sales teams, who is numbers focused, driver of events sales packages etc. and knows and understands what good quality looks like in terms of food and service. As sales manager you will have the role of managing all the 14 sales teams, checking they are up to date on their sales activity, being in charge of which sites have failed/surpassed for the week, being tenacious but also sympathetic to market trends in selling events packages at each property including weddings, Christmas and New year parties, corporate events etc.
