This is highly strategic role which would suit someone who is extremely creative, innovative, a great leader, and who knows the London Restaurant scene well.
You will report into the CEO and be responsible for deciding on the strategy for the restaurant offer within this exclusive collection of quality hotels. Then be responsible for ensuring that your strategy is then delivered by your team, on time and on budget!
You need to have a minimum of 5 years senior management experience with a restaurant company, preferably London base, luxury hotel experience is desirable but not sentimental.
You need a proven track record in managing and been accountable for a restaurant or F&B/high end Catering business in a commercial environment - so if you experience within a commercial contract catering environment then this could work.
You need to have a natural entrepreneurial flair with a passion for this industry.
