Job Description
This is a superb opportunity for a flexible and dynamic hospitality manager to work at this prestigious corporate site in London with one of the UK’s leading contract caterers. The site exceeds expectations with the high level and standard of food and service offered to the clients. The hospitality manager would be responsible to run and oversee the extensive fine food service and hospitality at this site. This role is best suited for a proactive hospitality manager that is hands-on, has an eye for detail, passion for food and people and has worked within a prestigious corporate environment. We want someone with energy and motivation that is flexible, leads by example and offers faultless service to the clients on-site.

The requirements for the hospitality manager position are:

• Proven experience with running a large successful corporate fine dining and hospitality food service operation and delivering exceptional customer service
• Responsible to coordinate and oversee all hospitality for the meeting rooms, private dining rooms and conference rooms
• Have a hands-on approach with the daily running of the operation to include engaging with the customers and building a great relationship with the client
• Responsible for rotas, recruitment, training and development of staff and appraisals
• Experience with working with booking systems for daily events and functions
• The role of the hospitality manager will require full financial responsibility to include; working to a budget, P&L, attending meetings when required, ordering, invoicing, etc
• This role requires nothing less then excellent leadership, communication and written skills and a dynamic personality with a presence


Qualifications and experience for the hospitality manager:

• 1-2 years previous experience at a senior level position in a similar role is required for this demanding position
• You must have previous experience in a high volume corporate blue chip company managing the hospitality division
• Management and/or Food & Beverage qualifications are essential for this position
• Extensive knowledge of the F&B industry in London would be desirable
• Immaculate presentation, outgoing, excellent communication and customer service skills are required for this highly visible role
• A ‘can do’ attitude, able to run this operation to military precision at all times
