Job Description
This is a fabulous opportunity for a visionary and innovative executive head chef with a background in Michelin star and/or Rosette restaurants and/or 5* hotels with fine dining and events. Our client is a high profile corporate venue on the South coast that caters to exclusive clientèle only. As the executive head chef, you would be responsible to run and oversee the exclusive fine dining and hospitality food service at their site.

Responsibilities of the executive head chef:

The executive head chef would be responsible for all of the hospitality at this prestigious site from formal lunches, dinners and receptions. You will be responsible to ensure that the menus and food served are to the highest standards using the finest of ingredients to produce Michelin star standard foods.

You will produce menus that exceed the expectations of the clients with innovation and exhibiting excellent culinary skill

Responsible to oversee every aspect of the food service including; menus, costings, ordering, short and long term plans for the food service, rotas, training and development of your team and ensuring the strong relationship with the client on-site.

Qualifications and experience for the executive head chef:

The executive head chef will have the necessary catering qualifications NVQ 1 and 2 or equivalent, level 2 or intermediate food hygiene certificate, excellent culinary skills and knowledge of the current food trends in London.
A work history with fine food establishments is essential for this exclusive position

The role will require flexibility and a driving motivation to take the already high standard of food to the next level.

The site is opened 7 days per week and as the executive head chef, you would be responsible to ensure the smooth and faultless running of the fine food service operation.
