High quality destination restaurant needing high calibre GM - immediate start – London City 50 to 60K.
We are looking for an outstanding driven experienced Restaurant General Manager for this state of the art Restaurant soon to have its own celebrity chef in the city of London! The current turnover of the restaurant is over £2 million and there is a permanent team of 30 - we are looking for a high calibre restaurant General Manger who has come from a credible restaurant background who knows what great looks like and who has real presence and is incredibly front facing.
This restaurant needs a real leader and someone who can turnover around the food operation that has recently been neglected and now really needs someone to take owenship and really be the driving force behind it and the team. It can see up to 300 covers over lunchtime period – which is the main part of the business – it is dead come the evenings and weekends. Heavily driven by tourists as is next to one of London’s most famous landmarks with a huge tourist attractive. The space can also be turned and used into an events space hence why events would be beneficial.
