This is a truely fabulous role of Operations Director for someone who is a great all rounder with proven operations manager experience within Business and Industry in London who is capable of taking on this caterers' first Operations Director role. You will lead and drive the strategy for growth of this £13 million highly reputable quality niche contract caterer who boasts some seriously high-end clients, and oversee the smooth runnig of the 26 sites all London centric. Clients include advertising agencies, law firms and property companies– who all have one thing in common – they have signed long term contracts with this niche B&I contract caterer, as they have bought into the creativity and innovation of this contract catering company. As Operations Director of catering you need to know your numbers, be commercial , be great with clients, be truely up to date with latest food trends on the London high street, which will enable you to talk knowledgebly and innovoatively to your clients, someone who is polished, bright, articualte, immaculately presented, with an enviable eye for detail, knows every aspect of running a contract really really well, kind hearted, supportive and hands on. Due to the size of this niche contract caterer – you need to be happy and willing to roll your sleeves up and be hands on, as well as able to stand back and be strategic and feel comfortable at being the Catering Expert around the boardroom table, as Operations Director reporting not the founders and owners!
Salary
£60,000 plus package and potential to grow into MD
