My client is the leading Contract Caterer in London and boasts some of the best clients as partners such as law firms banks and tech firms. They are looking for a Sales Director/client retention Director to focus on growing their B&I foodservice business in London. You need to be a proven seller in the B&I market and be a genuine foodie. This is a fast paced, quality, dynamic environment where everyone is encouraged to run their business as if it were their own – whilst understanding the need for structure and process boasting an impressive Sales team, this is a well-oiled machine that is hard to beat in the market place. We need someone who knows the London market trends and the London scene to be able to talk knowledgably and naturally to clients about new innovations that could be introduced into the client’s premises. A big part of this role is managing a large strong team made up of 4 BDMs, a retention manager, various bid writers and a bid manager, so the key here is delivering on the numbers and getting the results but through managing your team. This is a strategic leadership role and as such sits on the leadership exec team. You would need to be big on detail and adept at getting the best out of your team to deliver on the numbers. The whole role is based around brilliant sales and leadership. If you are keen to make MD in 2 years’ time and have a strong understanding of running and holding on to operations or Sales then this Senior strategic role would be the natural next step for you. This is a fabulous autonomous role, we are looking for someone who has oodles of credibility, is intelligent, polished and articulate and with a proven track record in sales in Contract Catering at a senior level.
£110,00 plus 40K bonus plus car 6K plus pension 6%
