Deputy General Manager 5 star Hospitality Law Firm Monday to Friday.
My client is a niche foodie quirky contract catering company and is looking for a fantastic Deputy General Manager to run the gorgeous hospitality for this 5 star leading law firm in the city. I am looking for someone with gravitas who is capable of managing this prestigious client and a hospitality team, the site turnover over in excess of £2million a year.
On site you have a state of the art 65 refurbished ”no expense spared” meeting rooms and private dining rooms for the partners of the law firm.
I am looking for someone who is extremely polished who has an exceptional eye for detail who is innovative and knows what great looks like in terms of food and service. This is a Monday to Friday role although there are some key events that occur from time to time over the year. This is an exceptional opportunity for a top class Hospitality Manager who has extensive 5 star Hospitality within the city. Contract Catering Experience is preferred.

Salary £35,000 plus 5K bonus
