My client is the largest and highly reputable food service organisation in the world and is looking to engage with an entrepreneurial, ambitious, proven Strategic Sales Director to look after key London clients who really expect great not good service and food. You must have a genuine passion for food, know London trends and above all be able to get the best out of your team to deliver results. This role sits on the executive leadership team and reports into the Global Director. The absolute key to the success of this role is someone who is motivated by managing driving and mentoring a team to win new clients such as banks and law firms and tech firms in and around London to deliver their foodservice offer. I must emphasise that this is a highly strategic role, not just about making money at all but someone who is highly adept at getting the best out of their team to overall deliver the results. As well as being a passionate and creative foodie, you need to be happy with an element of compliance and process whilst using existing systems that enable you to do your job brilliantly.
Attention to detail is key, and someone who is highly numerate, this role is about sales and leadership, both in equal measure. You would be supported by a fantastic mentor who is the opposite of micro manager – gives people room to breathe and grow but remains there to support should they need it. This is a sought after role and I am looking for someone quite special.
