We are excited to welcome Andy to the Rockford team. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from a long and successful career working with Compass Group. Andy headed up the resourcing function for Compass in the UK for a number of years and more recently has been working with Compass resourcing teams in Asia, Australia and South Africa, supporting the implementation of end to end resourcing services.

Over the years Andy has worked in both site and area management roles within the hospitality and hotel services sectors. Twelve years ago these skills were transferred into the resourcing arena, where the abundance of experience and knowledge gained over the years has given Andy a full understanding of business requirements, allowing him to recruit for a wide range of roles across all levels.

Andy is a personable recruitment professional with a vocation to provide tailored recruitment services built on honest, durable relationships with both clients and candidates.
