We are currently recruiting for an experienced and operationally competent Restaurant Manager for a successful company that is looking for the right candidate to maximise and drive profitability and offer a quality of service second to none.
Quality driven, with a friendly and personalised atmosphere, they have grown from strength to strength and require the very best Restaurant Manager that has had exposure in high standard Fine Dining and Bar establishments.

As a Restaurant Manager we are looking for you to have a highly proven background in Fine Dining or High Standard Brasserie Restaurant, in large quality driven venues and ideally come from a bar/restaurant environment with a strong character being paramount.
The successful candidate must have that little bit extra and thrive in managing and motivating large teams showing skill in stock control, administration, wines and cocktails and costings. A dynamic personality is also essential.
