Job Description
It is in the heart of the city is a two bar café/style bar that trades late Monday to Friday along with a successful private hire business on Saturday nights.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful dynamic London based company. This Bar/Club venue is fast paced and high volume and offers a great opportunity for the right individual.
We are looking for a General Manager for this busy site, with a high turnover you will have to be dynamic and energetic with a passion for success. Delivering a unique customer experience through service, product and atmosphere, so that our customers choose to return time and time again.

The person

You must have a quality background in a high volume site in excess of £60K per week, a passion for good food and service and be prepared to work in a busy Bar environment. You will head a management team of 3, responsible for running the business as a whole.
