This is a great opportunity for a proven Operations Manager or Director to take on responsibility for these high profile stunning 12 sites in London. This company is all about quality, fine dining restaurants and fantastic event spaces. Having been through a fair amount of change recently the company is now focused on returning to what it was all about in the first place - namely great food, great service and really offering a personal service - everything that a family company should be about. So we are looking for someone who wants to embrace this family culture but understand how to run a successful commercial business. You would work for a great boss - the MD - very grounded, very passionate and driven who is extremely supportive and really wants to work for someone who is passionate about rebuilding this company's reputation as being the first port of call for quality.

Salary £80,000 plus bonus plus bens
