This unique opportunity has arisen to really re brand, develop and innovate the Catering/Restaurant offer across the UK for this high profile leading retail brand. We are looking for someone who understands what good looks like in terms of food offer, is up to speed with current restaurant trends and has the vision matched with the practical skills to roll out the restaurant offer. How is looks, feels and delivers! We need someone who is both strategic and hands on - you will be leading a team of over 600 and operating around 40 restaurants. We need someone who has great diplomatic skills and is able to manage change and introduce the change to some reluctant long standing team members!!
