My client is looking for an ambitious new world, strategic charismatic leader who wants to lead, coach and drive a team to success for this high-street restaurant in the north of England and the Midlands. You will be financially accountable for about 50 million of business consisting of high street restaurants some of which are high profile, and all of which have a high quality of food.
We are looking for commercial business manager who really wants to challenge the norm and is genuinely able to think out of the box and not afraid to make bold decisions if you feel they will benefit the business in the long term. We are looking for” people” people who can really bring their teams with them not dictate how things should be done.
The culture you will be joining is down to earth but forward thinking and extremely fast paced so we are looking of high energy and ideally this would suit someone who has ambitions of sitting on a board in the not too distant future!

Salary £75,000 plus package
