Job Description
My client is one of London’s leading entrepreneurial successful restaurant groups and is looking to take on a new high energy dynamic and inspiring leader to manage their portfolio of restaurants in the City and West End
You need to understand and demonstrate what good looks like both in terms of food and service, have the ability to get results through the best management of your teams of people. You need to be both strategic and a fantastic operator and really know London like the back of your hand
You will be managing a turnover of roughly £40 million and need to be incredibly commercially astute and have the ability to think out of the box and challenge the norm.

Salary £75,000 plus car plus bonus
