I am looking for a strong operator who can really show examples of where you have driven and improved business performance through introducing system and procedures in a food retail competitive market. You need to be able to work in a fast paced high volume but extremely quality food environment where standards are never compromised within public museums and heritage venues in and around London
You need to be all about food and people and know your numbers, be a leader not a follower and relish driving and inspiring a team of strong General Managers. The business is a commercial niche bespoke quality events company that has a reputation for delivering quality retail restaurants time and time again. You will report into the MD who is a massive entrepreneur, very strategic, highly intelligent and looking for his successor – so you need to have something about you and be 100% down to earth with a sense of humour
The company culture is a small company feel with big ambition – they are on the up and growing steadily so now need to recruit a key person between the MD and the GM’s to support both the GM’s and the MD!
