My client is a high flying entrepreneur who has built up an impressive business empire and 4 years ago bought a selection of bespoke quality luxury restaurants in the Home Counties which boast some of the finest wines in the world and food cooked by ex Gordon Ramsey Chefs.
Due to growth and opening new restaurants I am tasked with finding the next General Manager of one of the finest restaurants out of London but that definitely has London’s quality. IF you are currently assistant Manager in one of London’s’ finest restaurants but lose most of your pay packet due to London cost of living and crave a better work life balance then this could be the perfect opportunity for you – accommodation can be provided and the option of shares in the company after 18 months of loyal service.
