Set in the most gorgeous surroundings this beautiful county Inn with 20 niche bedrooms is looking for a fabulous General Manger. This is no ordinary Gastro pub – far from it! It boasts the most enviable wine list with sort-after vintages at affordable prices and sublime food from an ex Michelin Star Chef. The rooms are all uniquely decorated not unlike the style you would find at “the Pig” part of the Soho House group. This role needs someone with oodles of charisma, is a natural host, who will relish the chance to get to know returning guest as well as local guests, due to the food and drink people travel from afar to enjoy the deliciousness of both food and fine wines and unwind in the most gorgeous rooms and surroundings in the Surry Hills with a fabulous outside garden. This is part of a family group of exceptional properties all boasting similar great food and drink and gorgeous bedrooms. You would be part of a successful family and really would run this Country Inn as if it were your own business with the progression after 18 months if suited to a multi-site operations role. They are a great bunch of people – mostly well educated, bright individuals who are creative and confident, all with exceptional manners and a genuine passion for great food and a real appreciation for fine wines . Salary £50,000 plus bonus
