This sublime hotel retreat having won Best Place to stay in the UK by the Sunday Times…..it is pure laid back luxury, and is looking for an upbeat driven energetic F&B Manager to deputise for the GM in their main busy restaurant with 120 covers and turnover approx. 2.3 million annually – so busy!! We are in need of a real host character, this hotel restaurant is busy with corporates in the week and with weekend leisure with some events. Your team will be made up of about 40 members of staff and need someone with gravitas and drive who can lead from the front, be hands on, master or mistress of everything! The food is sublime so we need a real foodie and someone who will fit with the team – sense of humour and being down to earth is very important – no room for precious people here!
