My wonderful client is looking for a down to earth couple to run this “Home from Home” boutique pub with 12 rooms near Durham.
It is the most sublime spot so tranquil, wonderful location in the one of the most beautiful counties in England boasting some of the best shooting and fishing rights so packed with a huntin and a shooting folk during the winter months, whilst walkers and people who just want to get away from it all the rest of the year! We are looking for someone who is a whizz in the kitchen preparing shoot lunches for guests to have on the hill for instance and scrummy comfort food upon their return by the fire of an evening…using the best locally sourced ingredients no expense spared and the menu always being seasonal, coupled with a bubbly warm smiley host or hostess to welcome the guests and happy to make every inch of their stay brilliant! This is really a great opportunity for a couple who want to build their own business but need the financial backing – either as a JV or other , my client is happy to assist with the burden of monthly outgoings – so that you are both stress free and don’t have to fret about stability but rather spend all of your energies on making this gorgeous very special pub with luxury rooms the best it can be!! In an ideal world you would know the local area but as long as you are happy to throw yourselves into getting to know the local happy and supportive community then my client is also happy for you to relocate from anywhere in the world quite frankly!
