My client is introducing a concept to the UK Hospitality market that to date has only been seen in the US and is hugely successful. So far he has 3 luxury properties with state of the art events spaces, restaurants and out of this world accommodation all created out of sustainable materials. In addition there will be outdoor and indoor fun cutting edge sports on offer – it is all about creating an authentic experience with great food, wow factor accommodation – totally unique – think rolling hills where hobbits reside…coupled with “The Pig” .

Comfort food that you will struggle to choose from a menu that shouts eat me – you will want more than one dish on offer! Local brewery, fabulous well priced wines that are delicious won’t break the bank but would satisfy even a discerning wine expert.

Your role would be focused purely on the F&B and bedrooms and unique self-catering accommodation – you would work alongside an expert in Sport. We need someone who understands and importance of getting the whole guest experience brilliant - from the moment you arrive, you are made to feel like your stay is quite simply all about you!

All this is new and exciting – you would be joining at the infancy/creative stage and want to be a key part of this journey – working for a well-known incredibly dynamic entrepreneur who has boundless energy and brimming with ideas!
