My wonderful Hotel group client is looking for a Finance Director/CFO.

We are looking for a credible proven Finance Director to be part of growing a small luxury hotel group from 6 to 12 hotels over the next 5 years…we need someone who can buy into this ambitous

We need someone who can hit the ground running and join at this exciting time who can take the lead with the Finance for 6 hotels today and help strategically grown them to 12 over the next 5 years. With many of the systems and procedures already in place we are not looking for someone to come in and change everything, things are running smoothly, rather someone who is credible and that can be instrumental in the next phase of growth for hotel group.

I am looking for someone with the below attributes/experience

Someone who has proven multisite experience within Hotels
Someone who can work at speed and is a team player, is positive, passionate and a people person!
Someone who wants to make an impact and help grow to sale through strategic insight
Someone who has strong leadership skills but essentially a people focused FD not just a number cruncher
Intelligent naturally, resilient character highly organised with an outstanding attention to detail
Someone who is a strategic thinker, brilliant problem solver with strong ethical judgment
Someone with experience of Risk Management coupled with naturally strong financial acumen with in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulations
A given is someone with strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
As well as friendly and approachable they need to be robust and unflappable and not thin skinned, this is a fast paced and at times, demanding working environment so need to be capable of navigating this

Salary £130,000 to 150,000
