My client is one of the worlds leading Investment Banks and is looking for a suitably leading Director of Catering to run its foodservice offer in Canary Wharf. This is a catering business worth alone 10 million and you will be responsible for a core team of over 140 staff, so requires a proven, driven, assertive and above all creative Director of Catering who can really drive innovation and change in this fast paced food world we live in. We need someone who really understands and knows what great food looks like and is genuinely passionate about driving not only 5 star standards of food and service but passionate about running a commercial business through great management and leadership of your team.

Salary £70,000
