Job Description
My client is one of the real innovative forward thinking players in the contract catering market and is looking for someone quite special to take on responsibility for this recent win in the city. The site is stunning, with state of the art facilities which include full front office and reception service to a 5 star standard, a large high volume staff restaurant, coffee offer, retail shop, and beautiful private dining rooms.
We are looking for someone with great client relationship skills who understands the need for diplomacy and above all has the gravitas and presence to command the operation.
You will be running a team of around 70 and the contract turns over in excess of 4 million. You must be commercial, bright and know what great food and service looks like!

Salary £55,000
