Our client a superb contract caterer, requires an outstanding Catering Manager for their very prestigious blue chip client in the client\\'s large, City based, flagship site.

We are looking for an oustanding, up and coming, existing Catering Manager who is dynamic, enthusiastic and very energetic. Somebody that can have a positive impact on topline sales, GP and team motivation and management, while maintaining strict control of the costs and managing a tough and demanding client.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:-

Outstanding client management skills
Experience of leading and inspiring teams to deliver results
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
A retailer\\'s eye for sales opportunities
A passion for quality and superb service delivery
A fastidious attention to standard

Preferred candidates will have an extensive quality B&I background, preferably City/Canary Wharf based, experience of sites with very large populations and experience of dealing with very tough, top end, blue chip banking, legal or financial clients.
