is one the UK's leading independent contract caterers who have only top end clients with great pedigree and due to contract wins are looking for a driven commercial and incredibly client centric Operations Director to join the team in the south I need someone who really has an empathy and understanding of managing and retaining some key client relationships within the existing business This company really prides themselves in presenting themselves in an extremely quality manner at all times so you must present impeccably both in manner and attire.
As a business they care about what good food looks and tastes like and they like to build partnerships with their clients rather than quick fixes the nature of the business is fast paced so you must have an abundance of energy and thrive in such a working environment.
You will be given a strong career development program and have open dialogue with the MD, this is also a strategic role so you need to feel comfortable operating at this level

Salary £70,000 to 80,000
