My client is one of the most quality contract caterers in the market right now and they are looking for a Regional Director to strategically grow and operate their Defence division across the UK –already a 40 million turnover business with a strong base of client relationships with 3 key well known clients within Defence
I am looking for someone who is both strategic and operationally strong with high energy levels and a great motivator and leader of people. You need to be able to have the instant gravitas and impact on first meeting and be confident around senior high profile Defence personalities. Culturally this company is new world, new school and dynamic and as such you need to fit culturally and be able to drive change and not be afraid to speak your mind and think out of the box - we are not looking for same old – rather more of a risk taker and someone who likes to challenge both up and down within the organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone perhaps who has experience of working for one of the big boys and is ready now to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond where you will be able to influence far more and innovate.
