My client has doubled its turnover in the past two years and now is sitting at around 40 million and runs some of the most prestigious contracts in the South East – due to this growth we are looking for a talented, superb Operations Director to lead, drive and inspire 3 operations Managers and really look after your clients. This is a very client centric role as your clients are all leading independent schools with high profiles and need really looking after – no helicopter style of management here – real time needs to be spend with them.
Culturally this is young ambitious company and needs someone who really does care about their people and know what good food needs to look like. They have an excellent reputation and retain great talent; they are a very quality company. Turnover wise you will be responsible for around 15 million and 40 clients divided out via your ops managers based on best fit not geographically location!
Ideally you will not have any schools experience but come from a commercial high quality business & industry background where the emphasis is on sustainability
