Job Description
This is a new role created to both be responsible for creating new retail food concepts with the development chef, marketing these concepts and then implementing them internally and getting the buy in from senior operators to in turn increase profitability of the stores. This is an innovative and strategic role and needs someone with the gravitas and polish to present at board level
You need to know what is new and popular right now on the high street and in the retail food environment so that you are able to innovate and come up with new concepts that will blow your customers away! Ideally you will have some experience of working within a branded high-street environment where you have been successful at generating new concept ideas and then marketing them both internally and externally.

Salary £50,000 plus car plus bonus
