My client is leading the market in terms of innovation and change and is seeking a new Operations Manager in addition to the current team to drive the business forward and push for constant change
I need someone who knows what great looks like in terms of both food and service and can really think out of the box in terms of ideas to impress and engage the city clients with
You will need to be a natural leader and both strategic in terms of business growth and thinking ahead constantly about what the clients will want – street food is already common place – what will the new next great thing be on the high-street in London? Also hands on, in terms of being a visible leader to your Managers and really able to drive, push and inspire them, always striving for excellence and not tolerating second best
You would be responsible for a turnover of about 3 million Director to manage them on site
