Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to open and run this flagship state of the art Investment Banking Site in central London. You will have total autonomy over the 20 private dining rooms, a la carte service, 5 star events space that seats up to 300. You will have a core team of 30 and a turnover on site of 2 million and be entirely responsible for this important client relationship. You need to be driven by service, attention to detail, quality, fine dining, and have the gravitas and presence to be the face of this operation. You must have had experience of leading and managing a team. I can not emphasise enough the high class high end service that you will oversee on this site and need to have experience of Michelin star service and food standards.
