My client is opening up a brand new all singing all dancing state of the art fine dining and Hospitality catering offer in the heart of London for this high profile investment bank
You will have overall responsibility for the entire fine dining restaurant, private dining rooms and retail and events on sties reporting into the OD who is not based on site. The site is not huge – it is all about quality and ATD – the projected turnover is 2 million and team of 30 however it needs a consummate professional who oozes style and sophistication and is down to earth as well! This really is a grand opportunity for someone wanting to better themselves and who is looking for the next step up in terms of size do operation and level of service – your Exec chef is from Gordon Ramsey and the food will be sublime so I am looking for a strong General Manager to ensure the high standards are maintained in all aspects of the food operation
