I am looking for someone who is still mouldable – not the finished article but someone with bags of innovation and is highly strategic in their thinking and able to inspire and lead 8 credible development chefs who are top of their game right now. The business has doubled in size in 3 years and I am looking for someone who can take the food innovation from a £60 million turnover operation to £100 million. I need someone who is a doer and capable and used to actually doing all of the training and the developing themselves. Your boss is fast paced, driven, incredibly supportive and very successful. This company is on a roll, winning and retaining some impressive contracts across the UK predominantly in the South and they seem unstoppable right now so you would be joining a highly successful and top notch company so you need to really have something special to give
