Business Development Manager/Operations Manager – Excellent reputation Contract Caterer!

With a reputation for excellent service and fabulous fresh food our client always puts their clients and customers first and they are looking for an Operator who would love to move into a sales role! The MD is driven young and a great of fresh air and is a great inspiration

Working closely with Sales and Marketing Director, in the Sales and Marketing department, this is an essential role in delivering the five year plan with a targeted increase in turnover from £22m to £34m. The growth of the business will be dependent on the acquisition of new contracts and the retention of profitable existing ones in the retail sector.

This is a high-calibre role; it requires someone with a deep knowledge of food, excellent written and presentational skills, financial acumen and the ability to both lead and work within a multi-disciplinary team.
