My client is one of the rare family feel small niche but growing contract catering companies in London who offer a 5 star guest experience to their Law Firm and Advertising clients. They are creative in their food offer and really focus on every detail of their catering offer to ensure the wow factor for each and every one of their clients. as they are growing past the £15 million mark in terms of annual turnover they would like to recruit a GM who can grow into an Operations Manager with them as they grow. They need a highly intelligent and highly polished person who has is willing to be hands on and get stuck in, not be an office person, someone who has a sense of fun but understands about looking after a client with no stone unturned - someone who can really go the extra mile for their clients and wants to be part of a growing family feel company with a very high expectation of delivery.
You would need to have worked in the city or at last London and looked after a corporate client who is fastidious about detail and someone who really understands highstreets restaurant see and what is new in London right now in terms of food trend.
We would like to find someone who has the potential to grow, learn and be adaptable to grow with this business and make an impact as you take on multi-site responsibilities.

Salary £40,000 plus equity
