This is a cutting edge environment where no expense spared boasting state of the art Michelin standard Hospitality, with contemporary and up to date retail food offers on all site – this needs a front facing charismatic, results driven Group General Manager who is passionate about fantastic food and hospitality, possessing an exceptional eye for detail, someone who is impeccably presented, knows what great looks like in terms of food and service and is brilliant and leading and motiving at a fantastic team of people.
