My client is one of the fabulous niche quality contract catering companies who has decided to create a role to look after some high profile key clients as well as have a select few group managers reporting into you. The Turnover of your patch would be about £5 million - and this would be an ideal role for someone who wants a stepping stone into becoming an Operations Director but has not yet had the experience of managing multiple clients and the complexities that come with this. This is a highly supported role – and you would have a superb boss who would mentor you until you are ready to become a fully fledge Operations Director.
You must be passionate about people, service, food and results – and have very strong organisational skills, and really know how to get the best out of your team.

Salary £60,000 plus car plus 20% bonus
