This leading highly reputable quality contract Caterer is looking for really special and unique person to join them in a newly created role, as Sales and Retention Manager. You will joining them as Senior Business Development Manager with the emphasis on retention. This is not a normal Sales role, we are looking for someone who is not risk averse, is strategic and really wants to create a bespoke solution for clients, emphasising both Sales and retention in one. I am looking for an entrepreneur who wants to genuinely think strategically about how clients want to be engaged....this is a highly autonomous role, strongly focused around both establishing and then maintaining client relationships in a collaborative approach. Of course my client understand the need for process but they would rather throw there rule book out and with you Create inspire and then deliver a whole new refreshing and highly intelligent sales and retention strategy.
Of course you would need a natural determination to want to win and have a good understanding of how the bid process works...someone with a good work ethic and someone who is not a corporate, this is more of a jeans and smart shirt culture than suit and tie, someone who loves food and is up to speed with latest trends on the streets of London Town.

Salary £60,000 to 65,000 plus coms
