Operations Manager – London Niche Top End Contract Caterer

This brilliant food driven quality contract caterer is looking for an Operations Manager to join the London team who has the emotional intelligence to read clients and really build strong and long lasting relationships with their clients. You would be responsible for a group of clients who would like someone to talk food to them – someone who can innovate and come up with new ways of doing things - a risk taker, someone who has worked in the commercial world and thinks differently from the norm – someone who understand the need for process but thinks beyond its boundaries and is creative and innovative with ideas – take inspiration from what you love on the high street in terms of food styles and talk to your clients about how you could bring the latest trends into their client premises– they will be curious as to where you get your inspiration for food! I need someone who is a real people person and who is bright, driven, articulate, knows what makes the difference between good and great in terms of service, food and people. This is a London centric role.

Salary £50,000 plus package
