My client is on a roll and has a proven track record of winning new business and retaining it. Due to rapid growth we are looking for someone to focus on retaining these important clients across the south of the country, with a London or South East base. This is a fast paced, quality, dynamic environment where everyone is encouraged and expected to be a “doer” and run their business as if it were their own – this is not a big corporate but understands the need for structure and process boasting an impressive Sales team is a well oiled machine that is hard to beat in the market place. The key is that this person understands operations inside and out and can really instil confidence in each individual client that, what has been promised will be delivered by the Operations team. The values of this contract catering business are high work ethic, autonomous, hands on, can do attitude, listeners, proactive, supportive and fast paced and highly competitive.
If you are keen to make Regional Director or MD in 3 years time and have a strong understanding of running and holding on to operations or Sales then this Senior Retention role would be the natural next step for you. This is a fabulous autonomous role, we are looking for someone who has oodles of credibility, intelligent, are polished and articulate and not a sales person but more of a sophisticated client relationship driven person.

Salary £50,000 to £60000 plus package
