My client is looking for an outstanding credible driven, on trend Account Director/Group Catering Manager to manage this 10 million catering and reception client in city of London, overseeing 5 sites. This is a cutting edge environment where no expense spared boasting state of the art Michelin standard Hospitality, with contemporary and up to date retail food offers on all site – this needs a front facing charismatic, results driven Group General Manager who is passionate about fantastic food and hospitality, possessing an exceptional eye for detail, someone who is impeccably presented, knows what great looks like in terms of food and service and is brilliant and leading and motiving at a fantastic team of people. I really need someone who totally “gets” what managing a demanding client is all about – being able to build a fantastic strong and lasting relationship with this investment banking client – where people really do matter and it boasts some of the best client dining offer you will experience in the world. I need someone who is truly innovative in terms of ideas and both strategic in their mind-set and happy to relate to and be able to be visible with your team when needed. This is a highly autonomous role and would suit someone equally who was at Operations Director level as the scope of the business is vast and impressive.

Salary £75,000 to £85,000
