My client a super independent foodie contract caterer with an enviable reputation and the one small thriving contract caterer that everyone wants to join right now! Due to winning yet more high profile London clients, they are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team in London! These are all super foodie sites with fabulous clients that just need someone to really look after them well and focus on the food quality and the service. You also need to be very commercial as the days of running free issue are scarce and clients need operators who know their numbers – as well as someone who is confident to represent this gorgeous London niche player at sales presentations alongside the Sales Director, to represent what you do! You would be looking after some fabulous law firms and advertising agencies who need someone who is massively creative and passionate about food to build long lasting client relationships with them, in all you will have manage turnover of about £8 million. We are really looking for someone who wants to make a difference and who really wants to innovate and come up with new ways to make food exciting and different for these lovely clients. You would be reporting into an incredibly supportive and fun Divisional Managing Director who is very friendly, with a positive demander and a can do attitude! This is a super role and would perhaps suit someone who was fed up with working for one of the larger players who no longer were genuinely about food or people like this smaller winning caterer! This also is an opportunity to be considered for an Operations Director role within the next year, so great career progression!

Salary £60,000 to £65,000
