This award winning leading contract caterer of 2019 is looking for a proven foodie operations manager to take on responsibility for up to 8 commercial Fixed price sites with a turnover of around £7 million with some high end clients. Location wise you would be covering mainly the south east in Kent covering business & Industry clients. You need to be innovative and be naturally inquisitive about the latest food trends on the high street – someone who can talk knowledgably and passionately about food and all that it encompasses is essential. In addition to this you need to be commercial and used to managing client relationships and be empathetic in your approach to your team – this is not an aggressive culture but one that really cares about its people. You would be reporting into a great Operations Director who is truly supportive and consultative in his approach and is warm and down to earth. I must stress that I am looking for a proven Operator not someone looking for a first step up.

Salary £65,000 upwards
