Operations Director £75,000 plus car and package

This is a really great role for a driven hungry commercial Operations Director with previous experience of working within the Business and Industry sector or at least has a good understanding of the contract catering market. The patch would be M4 corridor up to the top of Birmingham and south Wales, a really nice patch of business – mostly commercial so I need someone who knows their numbers. The turnover of the patch is around £20 million with 4 direct reports. I am looking for someone who is brilliant at really listening and understanding your individual clients needs and then having the privilege to tailor make their whole food experience for these discerning clients – nutrition is so so important – this really is about quality rather than quantity. I need someone who is down to earth with a sense of humour and someone who is upbeat and positive! You will have 4 Operations Managers supporting you and running day to day operations of a turnover of around £20 million as I say– your Operations Managers will look to you for leadership and support when needed. You will be reporting into a great chap! He is so driven, upbeat, kind, supportive, positive and would make a great boss.

Salary £75,000 plus 20% bonus plus car and package
