This is a fabulous role and would suit a top class innovative driven General Manager who has a first class pedigree in managing and working within some of London’s most high profile and demanding Catering Contracts. This would suit an entrepreneurial Caterer who has previous experience of running a London Corporate Contract. This client is an investment bank who really does want to work with an innovative General Manager who is truly creative and wants to introduce new innovations into the Bank - what is the latest pop up in Borough Market that you would like to bring into this Bank for instance- you will have a free reign to do this.
As General Manager you would be fully involved in driving the strategy and the culture of the company and will need to thrive off achieving results through fantastic management of your team! It is a given that you are driven, entrepreneurial, edgy with a mind brimming full of food ideas to dazzle your clients – someone who really does know the difference between what good food and service and great food and good service looks like – we are not looking for the norm but someone really special who perhaps is fed up with no work life balance and working all hours god sends, as this role would allow you the privilege of more of Monday to Friday existence.
Fabulous Food is what my client does as a leading award winning contract caterer and you would need not only to have the experience of running restaurants but also high-profile hospitality and events, as well as retail expertise, have a natural interest in latest food trends in London and be new world not old school!
We are looking for a leader with bags of innovation, not afraid to try new things at the same time as being commercial and happy to have full P&L accountability for £10 million and a core team of 80. This contract boasts some of the best fine dining on offer in London as well as multiple restaurants, grab n go, cafes, coffee shops, vending as well as running the 5 star reception on site. This is a massive multi faceted role that requites an exceptional leader and a true foodie. You will manage two clients on site in the investment bank - one is an ex Chef so really does know their food whilst the other is ex Virgin so truly innovative and pro change.
The role reports into the Regional Managing Director in London and it is one of London's most prestigous and sought after Banking clients so certainly high profile for your career!

Salary £75,000 plus package
