I am looking for a strong hands on visible Executive Head Chef to run this recent win for this fabulous Independent Contract Catering client of mine who have recently won this highly prestigious girls day school and are seeking a brilliant creative hands on exec chef to wow the Head Teacher with your food and drive to excel!
I am looking for a Chef who is really on the ball, outgoing, hands on, visible, not an office bod during service and above all someone who wants to make a real difference!…the Head Teacher is lovely and you would be overseeing 1200 meals a day on average over a breakfast and lunch service, less out of term time of course. There is also a café on site and there is the odd weekend but it is run like a B&I site so open 52 weeks of the year Monday to Friday. This really is a dream job and I need someone who is a strong manager has real presence and is not afraid to challenge the norm – we want this site to be great not just good in terms of food so you are the key to this success!
This is a huge coup for my client and you would be an ambassador for the company as this is their Flagship site and it is an exciting time to be joining them…

Salary £50,000 to £55,000
