Operations Manager for B&I in London

My wonderful client is a highly successful privately owned independent catering business operating at 50 sites
and specialising in the following areas;

Workplace dining and hospitality (B&I)
Event venues
Public visitor attraction catering

As such my independent highly reputable client is looking for a proven Operations Manager to look after maximum of 8 sites in Central London, but potentially a couple of B&I clients within the M25 as well,. Their sites are a mix of high profile events venues and B&I – all have fab food and all are top end premises which you will have the privilege to look after with some sophisticated clients!
We need someone who is already at operations manager level, this will be looking after some of my clients most prestigious contracts so no time for learning curves, needs to be someone quite special!

Ideally you will be exceptionally well presented, confident, understand current London food trends, possess great interpersonal skills, experience of delivering financials, experienced at presenting at all levels. A high achieving go-getter who wants to progress and work with a growing company. My client boasts a great bunch of down to earth people who all share this true passion for food and to fit in you need to be prepared to get stuck in and support the business as my client re-grows and build, you need to be able to work well with the existing team, develop your onsite teams, and plan and implement change and development across the area. In return my client will really nurture you and look after you and give you a career plan to excel! This client has, despite the pandemic had some fantastic client wins in the last 18 months which is quite remarkable and shows that they really stand out from the other contract caterers and have something quite special witch clients buy into! The plan is to continue to grow and to be the leading independent quality caterer in London (although they do operate out of town but it is not their prime market).



Salary £60k plus a £7.5k car allowance, performance related bonus of 20%, family medical cover, 3 times life cover.
