My client has just been awarded some outstanding and enviable pieces of B&I in the city and is looking for an ambitious, foodie, honest, down to earth client facing Operations Manager to take up the mantle on this business that will grow to become £8 million turnover sites. You will take on full P&L accountability and lead a strong team over 6 to 8 sites. This is a really FOODIE company so if food is what drives you then you will love being part of this fun, young, upbeat team that spends time to go out in new restaurants and cafes in London to get ideas to offer your clients to be cutting edge in their restaurant or café or fine dining offer! This will allow you to spend the majority of your time with your clients – anticipating their needs and finding solutions before they become problems! We are looking for someone who has the wherewithal and ambition to step up into becoming an Operations Director in time so you need the gravitas and intellect to be able to do this. You will be fortunate enough to be working for of the rare independent quirky highly reputable contract caterers in London who have a strong family ethos and feel, a fantastic reputation for delicious food and one who really believe in looking after and nurturing talent. The role reports into an Operations Director who is both down to earth with a sense of humour and incredibly supportive.

Salary £60,000 plus bonus plus travel health and pension
