Predicted to be one of the fastest growing Independent Contract Caterers of 2024, this is an outstanding opportunity to join this niche quality foodie small independent contract caterer as Operations Manager covering from West London to Winchester!
You will oversee a mixture of Independent Education Contracts, looking after some of England's most reputable private schools, reporting directly into the most supportive and down to earth Operations Director. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable within the private schools arena, someone who is a natural at speaking to Bursurs and Head teachers and someone who is patience and kind to the parents. My client is open to background as it really is about your personality whether you are a fit and if you "get" what it takes to build strong lasting relationships with these discerning clients. That said it would be a bonus to have a proven track record of operating either B&I or top notch education clients for a contract caterer and really have a true and obvious passion for fresh food and leading driven teams of fab people!
This is a new role due to growth so a really great chance for you to shine and put your mark on this highly reputable contract caterer. Location wise you do need to happy to travel from West London down to Winchester. We are really only interested in people who really want to wake up in the morning and strive to make your business great not just ok - someone who really wants to shout about your achievements and at the same time be humble and kind - this is a family run company where everyone works as part of a team so no egos!

Salary £60,000 plus package
